Fabio grew up in a tiny island off the Sicilian coast amongst the heady environment of his parent’s pizzeria. His future was cast when he slept with flour in his hair and the smell of oven roasted tomatoes in the air. At a young age he moved to London where his passion for hospitality lead him to high end hotels. His long-term vision was to bring outstanding quality foodstuff with exceptional service and attention to detail. He spent years learning from the best and waiting for his opportunity.
Daniela, from very little discovered the essence of entrepreneurship assisting her parents in the family business. From there, she cultivated a passion for deeply understanding and connecting with people spending several years in high-profile customer service and human resources roles. Her pragmatism and audacity are the perfect complement to contribute to a business focused on their people and customer’s success.
Fabio and Daniela continue to follow the philosophy learnt from more than 20 years of experience in 5 stars hotels ‘Whatever/Whenever’ (as long as it’s legal!) and to that end Bespoke Catering pride themselves on delighting customers with exceptional service, extraordinary food and flexibility – it’s not uncommon for a client to send their personal recipes for us to deliver.
